Managed Services

As a managed service provider, Technology Advocates provides delivery and management of network based services, applications, and equipment to enterprises, and other service providers.  We provide options ranging from fully outsourced network management arrangements to filling in the gaps in your current infrastructure.  Technology Advocates will create a customized plan for your department, company, or institution, based on your current technology infrastructure and future direction.

We partner with a wide range of companies to deliver solutions including, but not limited to:

• IP telephony
• Virtual Private Network (VPN)
• Managed firewall and IPS,
• Hardware and software monitoring and auditing of technology equipment.

With our Managed Services model, you can expect to pay a flat rate per month, quarter, or year.  Depending on what you tell us your needs are, this flat rate will provide, at the very minimum, automated workstation/server monitoring, system patching and some amount of preventative maintenance.

We also have plans that provide unlimited remote support in addition to the basic necessities listed above. This benefits you in two ways:

1. No surprises - you are able to predict your monthly expenses for computer network support.
2. Aligned goals – the computer network support company is going to want to fix every problem perfectly, the first time, to prevent downtime and additional service requests. It doesn’t benefit them to fix a problem over and over.
